Shipping Policy
We have tried to make our shipping policy as simple and easy as possible. We hate paying for shipping when buying online so we don't want you to pay when shopping with Coco Alexander.
All USA and Worldwide orders are delivered by FedEx and you can expect delivery to be 2-5 working days after shipment is received by FedEx. We aim to ship out all order within 1 working day of your order being placed.
Shipping is free when spending over $180. If your order is under USD180 then the shipping charge is $40
**If you request personalisation and/or a gift note to be added this can take an extra 5 working days.

Duties & Taxes
When orders shipped internationally reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Unfortunately, Coco Alexander cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced upon arrival. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Delivery times will vary however the below will give you a good idea of what to expect.

Returns and exchanges
Returns
At Coco Alexander, we pride ourselves on excellent product design and craftsmanship however if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- You have 45 days to return an item from the date you received it no questions asked. However, we can't return personalized items.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Please send the order email to us at hello@coco-alexander.com and let us know why you aren’t happy with your purchase.
- We recommend you track the parcel so it doesn’t get lost. Coco Alexander will not be responsible for lost parcels.
- Coco Alexander will not cover the cost of return unwanted items. If you want to buy our changing bag but you aren't quite sure if it's for you, please drop us a message via email and we'll happily answer any of your questions.
How do I ship my order back to you?
In the unlikely event your item is faulty please get incontact at hello@coco-alexander.com and we’ll take it from there.
You will not be responsible for the cost of any shipping fees incurred. We recommend you track the parcel so it doesn’t get lost. Coco Alexander will not be responsible for lost parcels.
Coco Alexander will not cover the cost of return unwanted items. If you want to buy our changing bag but you aren't quite sure if it's for you, please drop us a message via IG, FB or email and we'll happily answer any of your questions.
Refunds
We’ll provide a full refund based on the below mentioned criteria.
- Please email us to let us know your package is on its way back to us and a tracking number so we can keep an eye on it hello@coco-alexander.com
- Once your return is received, we will send you an email to let you that we have received it. If the refund request is approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
